Job Overview

We are hiring Tamil Voice Process Executives to join our customer support team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have good Tamil communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to handle customer calls professionally.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and/or outgoing customer calls in Tamil.
• Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Communicate clearly and politely with customers.
• Follow company procedures and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Good verbal communication skills in Tamil.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Freshers can apply

Salary and Benefits

• Take-home salary: ₹14,000 per month.
• Shift: Day shift.
• Working days: 6 days per week.
• Weekly off: One rotational day off.

• Velachery, Chennai
