Job Description

  • • Call Handling: Answer inbound customer service calls and make outbound calls for follow-ups, lead verification, telemarketing, or debt/payment collections in Tamil. • Query Resolution: Address customer complaints, explain product or service features, and guide users through troubleshooting or app/website navigation. • Data Entry & Documentation: Log all customer interactions, update CRM databases, and record resolution details accurately. • Escalations: Identify complex or unresolved technical/service issues and escalate them to senior teams or specialized departments. • Target Achievement: Meet daily or monthly targets related to call handling time, customer satisfaction scores (CSAT), or sales/conversion goals.

Pay: ₹18,455.00 - ₹28,755.00 per month
