Job Description

We are looking for confident, enthusiastic, and customer-friendly Multilingual Telecallers to join our team in Hyderabad.

Candidates who can speak Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam language are welcome to apply. If you are fluent in even one of these languages and enjoy communicating with people, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers and convert leads.
• Follow up with interested customers and explain our products and services.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
• Maintain proper customer records and follow-up details.
• Coordinate with the sales and installation teams.
• Convert potential leads into confirmed orders.
• Handle customer queries professionally and build good customer relationships.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in any one of these languages Telugu, Tamil, Kannada or Malayalam.
• Fluency in at least one language is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of Hindi or English is an added advantage.
• Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Must be comfortable making regular customer calls.
• Candidates from Hyderabad and Secunderabad are preferred.
• Must be willing to work from our Hyderabad office.
