Conduct company, industry, and market research to identify trends and opportunities. Prepare pitch books, presentations, and other client-facing materials. Assist in due diligence processes by collecting and analyzing financial and operational data. Support transaction execution, including M&A, equity offerings, and debt financings. Monitor financial markets and prepare regular market updates for internal teams and clients. Strong knowledge of financial modeling, valuation methods (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions), and accounting principles. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Refinitiv). Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Japanese proficiency preferred for local markets. Ability to work long hours and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
