Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Medical Coding Trainer to join our team in Coimbatore. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in medical coding to students, helping them prepare for certification exams, and equipping them with the skills needed to begin their careers in the healthcare industry. Key Responsibilities: Conduct classroom and/or online training sessions on medical coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS). Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments tailored to student needs. Guide students through real-life coding scenarios and case studies. Track and assess student performance and provide feedback. Keep up to date with industry standards and coding updates. Assist in curriculum development and content updates. Maintain attendance records and student progress reports. Motivate and mentor students to achieve certification goals. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or Allied Health Sciences. Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or similar medical coding certification (preferred). Minimum6 monthf experience in medical coding (training experience is a plus). Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS coding systems. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring students. Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office tools. Preferred Qualifications: Experience as a trainer or educator in medical coding. Fluency in Tamil and English. Experience in hospital management or RCM processes is an added advantage.
