Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support through phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve customer queries related to tally software products.
  • Handle product support requests from existing customers, including troubleshooting issues and providing solutions.
  • Assist in renewal processes by following up with customers for subscription renewals and ensuring timely payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues that require technical assistance.
