We are seeking a result driven and experienced Software Sales Executive / Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for: • Generating Leads • Managing the Sales Cycle • Closing the deals for our Software Solutions. • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals and inbound sales. • Understand client requirements and present appropriate Solutions to meet business needs. • Conduct product presentations, demos and technical discussions in collaboration with the pre-sales team. • Manage the ensure Sales cycle from prospecting to closure and post-sale handover. • Build Strong relationships with key stake holders, decision-makers. • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations and contracts. • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. • Maintain CRM records, pipeline status and forecasting reports accurately. Qualification - Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field. - Proven experience (1-3yrs) in Software Sales or B2B Sales. - Strong knowledge of Software Solutions - Excellent verbal and written skills - Ability to understand technical software features and translate them into business value. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
