The HR Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance with company policies and labor laws. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives Address employee queries and grievances professionally Support performance appraisal and training programs Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations Assist in employee engagement and retention activities Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration , or related field Proven experience in HR (03 years for junior roles) Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office / HRMS tools Skills Required Recruitment & coordination Communication & conflict handling Organizational & time management Confidentiality & professionalism Problem-solving mindset Preferred MBA/PGDM in HR Experience in payroll or HR software
