ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :- 1. Plant Operations Management • Plan, organize, and oversee day-to-day plant operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity. • Monitor plant performance and implement strategies for operational efficiency. • Collaborate closely with the Factory Manager to resolve operational issues and ensure uninterrupted production. 2. Team Leadership & Development • Lead and manage Unit Leaders and Team Leaders to meet daily and monthly production targets. • Train, mentor, and guide plant staff to meet performance, safety, and quality standards. 3. Production Planning & Resource Allocation • Assess resource requirements, allocate tasks, and set realistic production deadlines. • Ensure timely availability of raw materials, consumables, and equipment for seamless operations. 4. Process Improvement & Cost Optimization • Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing productivity and reducing scrap. • Implement cost-saving measures to optimize plant and labour costs. • Monitor and improve processes to meet both quality and production benchmarks. 5. Compliance & Documentation • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all plant activities. • Lead the development and implementation of standardized plant policies and procedures to enhance operational excellence and team alignment. Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable government regulations. 6. Safety & Maintenance • Uphold a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment for all employees. • Plan and execute regular inspection and preventive maintenance of equipment to avoid breakdowns.

Job description . Purpose: • To be the first point of contact for supporting Conserve Its range of products and applications to system integrators, OEMs and end-customers along with internal team with particular emphasis on building automation, edge IoT, chiller plant optimisation, analytics and energy efficiency solutions. Key Responsibilities: Essential: 1. Technical Support a. Provide technical support for Conserve It distributed and developed products and applications from building automation, edge IoT, chiller plant optimisation, analytics and energy efficiency solution portfolio and troubleshooting remote systems by liaising with customers to resolve problems on site. b. Supporting the internal software development team by designing and executing test cases to ensure implemented functionality meets specifications. c. Supporting the sales team with technical product and application selection and design. d. Wire low-voltage controllers and conduct basic, extensive and stress tests for products and applications. 2. Controls Solutions Design &Development a. Pre-engineering, application design and deployment of Control Solutions including Plant PRO b. Product Selection, System Network Design and Architecture 3. Documentation & Training a. Responsible for generation of as-built documentation and end customer training b. Preparation of Functional Description and Application Documentation 4. Professional Development a. Updates job knowledge by participating in education opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organisations. b. Training, provisioning, motivating and discipline of staff within the division. Good to Have: 1. Deployment Support a. Pre-engineering works for controls and automation projects. This includes preparation of technical documentation including drawings, point schedules and control description of operation b. Assist with managing the implementation of standard Plant PRO programming, graphics and documentation. c. Attend sites as required to assist in deployment and tuning. 2. Representing Conserve It at tradeshows & exhibitions a. Design and build demonstration cases for tradeshows. b. Attend local and international tradeshows to showcase Conserve It products and applications. Job / Competency Requirements: Essential: Knowledge of Niagara Framework, Building Automation & Analytics Technologies would be advantageous but not compulsory. Knowledge of instrumentation sensors and field communication protocols, e.g Modbus, BACnet etc. Ability to understand and modify electrical diagrams and drawings. Basic programming for Electronic DDC control systems using Functional Block Diagrams. TCP/IP Networking and protocols Clear verbal and written communication Word processing, presentation and spread sheet applications skills Well-developed interpersonal skills Inclination to learn and adopt new technologies. Willing to travel occasionally for site visit if required. Good to have Proficiency in creating and editing Electrical drawings using AutoCAD and VISIO will be an addon. Eligible to travel to Australia, for short stays of up to a few weeks at a time. Available to travel in India and nearby countries if required for project support.
