Job Summary

Hyrefox Consultants Limited is looking for a skilled and result-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment across IT, Non-IT, and various business functions. The candidate should have strong sourcing and screening skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines. Candidates with team-handling experience will be preferred for the Team Lead position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from understanding job requirements to candidate selection and joining.
• Handle hiring across IT, Non-IT, operations, and other business functions as per organizational requirements.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, clients, and candidates.
• Manage candidate follow-ups, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining confirmations.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
• Achieve assigned recruitment targets while ensuring quality hiring and timely closures.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily/weekly MIS reports.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer-to-joining ratio, and closure rate.
• Coordinate with the HR team for documentation, background verification, and onboarding formalities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and hiring managers.
• For Team Lead candidates, allocate requirements, monitor team performance, guide recruiters, and ensure achievement of overall hiring targets.
• Identify recruitment challenges and implement effective sourcing strategies to improve hiring efficiency.
