· Location: Mumbai

· Exe: 5 to 7 Years

· Education: MBA (mandatory full time from Tier 1 or tier 2)

· Industry: one of the largest conglomerate in India

· Reporting to TA Head

Key skills:

· Good communication and stakeholder Management

· someone with broader, more hands-on recruitment experience. End to end recruitment. Hiring candidates directly

· understands IT job descriptions and technical positions. understand the requirements when a hiring manager explains them

· someone who can independently manage recruitment challenges, make decisions, and take ownership rather than simply follow established processes

· Awareness of hiring Framework, Experience of interviewing candidates and developing own POV.

· Experience in Leadership hiring.

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
