• 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or people-focused roles.
• Strong ability to evaluate people beyond resumes. You can assess thinking through conversations, intent through writings and quality through portfolios.
• Experience hiring for creative, design or knowledge-driven teams is a significant advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write and conduct meaningful conversations.
• High organizational skills and comfort managing multiple hiring processes simultaneously without dropping the ball.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and drive processes without constant supervision.
• Comfort working closely with founders and leadership, navigating ambiguity and operating in a fast-moving environment.
• Genuine interest in culture-building, long-term team development and understanding what makes people tick.
