TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST — SEMICONDUCTOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to onboarding.

Understand hiring requirements and develop sourcing strategies.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and internal databases.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

Assess technical skills, communication, compensation expectations, and cultural fit.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.

Maintain candidate and stakeholder communication throughout the process.

Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts.

Support smooth onboarding and joining of selected candidates.

Build and maintain a strong semiconductor talent pipeline.

Track recruitment MIS, ATS data, and hiring metrics.

Meet defined TAT and quality targets while building strong client and candidate relationships.

JOB SUMMARY MANDATORY SKILLS

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in semiconductor hiring. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment and hire niche professionals across VLSI, Physical Design, RTL Design, Verification, DFT, STA, Analog Design & Layout, Embedded, and related domains.

5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.

Proven Semiconductor / VLSI recruitment experience.

Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies and job roles.

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.

Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
