Hiring | Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a leading Asset Management Company (AMC) in Mumbai.
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Experience: 2+ YearsIndustry Preference: Non-IT, BFSI, Mutual Funds, NBFCs, BPO
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition- Bulk hiring and high-volume recruitment- Sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates- Coordinating interviews and managing the hiring process- Ensuring timely closures for multiple positions- Strong candidate engagement and stakeholder coordination
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience- Experience in bulk hiring is preferred- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Strong sourcing, screening and coordination skills- Candidates from Non-IT, BFSI, Mutual Fund, NBFC or BPO industries preferred
