Job Description: Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Service, Technical, CRE, and Corporate roles.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and consultants.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and follow up with candidates.
• Coordinate salary negotiations and offer rollouts after approval.
• Manage joining formalities, KYC documentation, and background verification.
• Coordinate with IT and other departments for new joiner requirements and induction.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, employee records, and hiring MIS reports.
• Ensure timely vacancy closure and smooth onboarding of new employees.

Requirements:

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Onboarding.
• Automobile industry experience will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, recruitment portals, and LinkedIn sourcing.

Working days - Monday to Saturday

Shift Hours - 09.30 AM to 06.00 PM

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
