Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team at Bhanzu. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are interested in building a career in recruitment and human resources.

The selected candidate will support the recruitment process, candidate coordination, sourcing, and other talent acquisition activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks.
• Resume Screening: Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Candidate Communication: Follow up with candidates and provide updates regarding their applications.
• Applicant Tracking: Maintain and update candidate details in recruitment trackers and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Job Posting: Assist in creating and publishing job advertisements across various recruitment platforms.
• Employer Branding: Support recruitment-related social media content and hiring initiatives.
• Reference Checks: Assist with reference checks for selected candidates.
• Recruitment Reporting: Help maintain recruitment data, trackers, and hiring reports.
• Administrative Support: Organize recruitment documents and provide day-to-day support to the Talent Acquisition team.

Requirements

• Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with recruitment portals or ATS is an added advantage.
• Ability to handle confidential candidate information professionally.
• Good time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a working laptop or computer.
