Job Description

  • 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Experience recruiting for CA firms, accounting, taxation, finance or professional services organisations will be an advantage.
  • Strong sourcing, communication, networking and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to independently manage recruitment requirements and maintain a continuous candidate pipeline.
  • Self-driven, organised and capable of taking ownership of recruitment outcomes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
