JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Talent Acquisition Executive / US IT Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT professionals for clients across the United States.

This role involves working closely with hiring managers, understanding job requirements, performing end-to-end recruitment, and ensuring timely onboarding. Strong

communication skills, proficiency with job portals, and knowledge of US recruitment processes are essential. * Negotiate salary rates (C2C/W2/1099), relocation, and

contract terms with candidates.

* Verify candidate legal status (H1B, Green Card, USC, OPT, CPT).

* Ensure timely submission of documents like ID proofs, visa copies,and onboarding forms.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-5 years of international experience mandatory

• Any experience into international voice or semi-voice is must (Customer service , Health Care, Sales)

• Ability to build strong client relationships, Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Regular attendance is an essential function of the job

• Any Bachelor’s Degree

• Proficiency in MS office
