Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for Technology, Product, Design, or Sales roles. The ideal candidate should have experience working with a recruitment agency, IT staffing company, or early-stage startup, with a strong focus on hiring for Indian startups and product-based companies.

The candidate should be comfortable managing multiple requirements, sourcing relevant talent, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to offer closure and joining.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Handle recruitment for Technology, Product, Design, and Sales positions.
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver suitable candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
• Manage salary discussions, offer negotiations, candidate follow-ups, and joining coordination.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
• Manage multiple job openings simultaneously while meeting hiring deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, IT Recruitment, or Technical Recruitment.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on end-to-end recruitment experience in a recruitment agency, IT staffing company, or early-stage startup.
• Experience hiring for Indian startups or product-based companies.
• Strong recruitment experience across Technology, Product, Design, or Sales roles.
• Proficiency in candidate sourcing using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and Boolean search techniques.
• Strong candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates from recruitment agencies, IT staffing firms, or early-stage startups.
• Recruiters with experience supporting Indian technology and product companies.
• Professionals with a strong focus on end-to-end recruitment rather than generalist HR functions.

Note: This is a recruitment-focused position. Candidates whose experience is primarily in HR Operations, Payroll, or Employee Engagement may not be suitable.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
