Talent Acquisition Executive / HR Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, highly proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to independently manage recruitment for our growing business.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people, identifying good talent and taking ownership of hiring. We are looking for an energetic individual who can actively source, evaluate and recruit capable candidates rather than simply coordinate interviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
• Actively source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, referrals and other platforms.
• Conduct telephone screenings and initial interviews.
• Assess candidates for communication, intelligence, professional attitude and job suitability.
• Coordinate interviews and negotiate salary expectations.
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates and ensure successful joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and hiring reports.
• Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–5 years of practical recruitment experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Confident, assertive and persuasive communication skills.
• Strong judgement and ability to evaluate candidates.
• Proactive, target-oriented and persistent personality.
• Good knowledge of Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna and other recruitment platforms.
• Good computer skills and working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to independently manage recruitment with minimal supervision.

We are not looking for someone who simply posts job advertisements and waits for applications. We need someone who actively hunts for talent, communicates confidently, takes initiative and delivers results.

The selected candidate will have direct interaction with management and considerable ownership of the company's recruitment activities.
