Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to fulfil organizational hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
• Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads regarding recruitment requirements.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
• Negotiate salary packages and coordinate offer rollouts.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Candidate screening and interview coordination.
• Negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline / MBA HR preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 Years (preferred).
• Industry: Telecom / IT / Service Industry preferred.
• Department: Human Resources.
• Location: Kharadi, Pune.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
