Talent Acquisition (Contract)

Location: Porur Chennai

Experience: 2-5 Years

Employment Type: Contract Role

Joining: Immediate to 7 Days Notice Period Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end IT recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
  • Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining follow-ups.
  • Ensure timely closure of IT requirements.

Candidate Profile:

  • 2-5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills.
  • Experience in stakeholder coordination and offer management.
  • Candidates who can join immediately or within 7 days are preferred.
