This full-time, work-from-office role involves engaging with potential clients over the phone, scheduling site visits, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients, the sales team, and developers. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to schedule property site visits. Arrange and confirm physical site visits in coordination with the sales team. Conduct timely follow-ups with qualified leads to maximize client engagement and visits. Provide accurate project and property information to clients over the phone. Follow up consistently with clients to convert visits into successful bookings. List properties on online real estate portals to generate fresh leads. Maintain strong coordination with the back-office team and builders’ sales teams. Maintain accurate records of all calls, follow-ups, and client interactions. Support the sales team in achieving appointment targets and conversions. Requirements & Skills: Minimum 6 months – 1 year of prior experience in telecalling, pre-sales, or inside sales (real estate experience preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. We blend traditional brokerage expertise with a data-driven digital approach to generate qualified inquiries and build long-term client relationships. Role Overview We are hiring a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to design and run end-to-end digital performance, content, and marketplace programs that consistently deliver qualified property leads. This role owns Meta performance campaigns, website & SEO, property marketplace listings, social content production (graphic + video), CRM lead flows, and the tactical use of AI tools to boost productivity and creative output. You will report to the Managing Director and work closely with Sales and Operations. Key Responsibilities Meta Ads & Performance Marketing- Plan, build, and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns end-to-end: campaign strategy, audience segmentation, creative briefs, ad setup (Business Manager), pixel & Conversions API setup and troubleshooting. Perform ongoing experiment design (A/B tests), creative testing, bid & budget management, and performance optimization to improve CPL, lead quality, and ROAS. Implement tracking (UTMs, events) and maintain consistent attribution across channels. Website Creation, Management & SEO- Own the website (WordPress/other CMS): landing page creation, CRO, lead capture forms, site maintenance and deployment of listing pages. Implement on-page SEO, technical SEO (site speed, mobile UX, structured data/schema for properties), local SEO, Google Search Console and GA4 monitoring, and content-driven organic growth. Real-Estate Marketplaces- Create, manage and optimize property listings on 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com and other local portals: listing copy, images, pricing, features, lead routing, and monitoring marketplace analytics. Maintain high lead response and listing quality standards; run paid boosts/promotions on marketplaces when relevant. Content Creation — Social, Graphic, Video- Produce social media content (short-form Reels/Shorts, feed posts, property walkthrough videos): shoot/brief, edit (or edit internally), add captions and thumbnails. Create marketing graphics using Canva/Photoshop and short-form video edits using Premiere/CapCut/DaVinci Resolve. Manage a simple content calendar and coordinate with sales for property highlights and client testimonial content. Script Research & Script Writing Research property, locality, buyer personas, and competitor messaging to write crisp ad scripts and short video scripts (15–90s) optimized for engagement and conversions. Prepare voice-over copy and on-screen text for videos and ad creatives. On-Camera / Video Appearance (Occasional) Be willing to appear in or co-present short promotional or educational videos occasionally (presenters must be comfortable on camera and follow brand script/direction). CRM & Lead Management Configure and maintain CRM lead capture, routing, scoring and follow-up automation Create lead-tagging rules, handoff SLAs with sales, and monitor conversion funnels from lead -> site visit -> site sale. Basic Prompting & AI Tools Use ChatGPT and other AI tools for rapid ideation: ad copy variations, script drafts, SEO content outlines, image prompt drafts, and summarization of leads. Apply prompt engineering best-practices to produce usable outputs and refine them for brand tone & accuracy. YouTube SEO & Channel Management Manage YouTube channel growth: keyword research, titles, descriptions, tags, chapters, thumbnails, playlists, and end screens optimized for discovery and lead capture. Track watch time, CTR, and subscriber growth; repurpose long-form content into short-form clips. Measurement, Reporting & Collaboration Weekly/monthly performance reporting with insights and next-step recommendations; maintain dashboards for the Sales and Leadership teams. Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Creative and Legal to ensure campaign compliance and alignment with sales pipelines. Required Skills (Technical) Hands-on experience running Meta Ads end-to-end (audience strategy, creatives, pixels, CAPI). Website CMS experience (WordPress/other), basic HTML/CSS comfort, and practical SEO skills (on-page & technical). Experience listing & optimizing properties on Indian real-estate portals (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com). Practical video production skills: shooting basics, short-form editing, script-to-screen execution (Canva, Premiere/CapCut or equivalent). CRM familiarity (setup of forms, lead routing, workflows) — Zoho/LeadSquared/HubSpot or similar. Analytics & tracking: GA4, Search Console, UTM strategy; comfortable with spreadsheets and basic dashboarding. Basic AI/prompting skills for ChatGPT or similar tools to accelerate copy, scripts and ideation. YouTube SEO fundamentals (title/description/tag strategy, thumbnails, chapters). (Soft Skills) Strong written & verbal communication (script & ad copywriting). Creative storytelling and an eye for visual composition and short-form video pacing. Data-driven mindset: able to run experiments and iterate quickly. Collaborative: works well with sales and operations; strong sense of ownership. Comfortable appearing on-camera occasionally and receiving feedback. Preferred Qualifications 1–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with specific exposure to real-estate or property marketplaces. Certifications/experience in Meta Blueprint, Google Analytics, or similar. Portfolio including: 2–3 ad campaigns (performance summary), 2 short-form videos, and 1 property marketplace listing optimization example. Experience with local real-estate compliance and working knowledge of RERA or applicable advertising norms.
