Position Details: Role: B2 English Speaker – Bilingual Team Member Compensation: Basic Salary: 19,000 EGP – 22,000 EGP KPIs (C-SAT & Productivity): 10,500 EGP Transportation Allowance: 5,000 EGP Internet Allowance included Total Monthly Package: Up to 37,500 EGP (depending on performance) Location: Downtown Work Schedule: Rotational Shifts Work Arrangement: On-site work for the first 6 weeks (training period) Work from home thereafter only if floor support is not required Why Join Us?
