Systems Integration Senior Specialist

You will be joining NTT DATA as a Systems Integration Senior Specialist in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN). Your primary responsibilities will include developing, testing, and maintaining software applications and systems. Additionally, you will lead the planning and design of product and technical initiatives, mentor team members, and drive improvements in engineering techniques and standards. Your role will involve collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand user requirements, preparing low-level design documents, and ensuring deliverables are of high quality and performance standards. You will also engage with QA and development teams to ensure project timelines are met. Furthermore, you will participate in Agile planning activities, resolve team queries, provide technical guidance, and implement reusable frameworks. As a Senior Java Full-Stack Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain robust Java-based backend systems with a focus on performance and scalability. You will work on real-time messaging and data ingestion pipelines using technologies like Apache Kafka, create responsive front-end interfaces with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, and manage relational databases. Collaboration with distributed teams, staying updated on emerging technologies, and adapting to new tools for project success are also key aspects of the role. The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 7 years of experience in developing JAVA and microservices applications, strong communication skills, experience in the banking domain, hands-on coding experience, and a background as an individual contributor or senior developer. A BE/B. Tech graduate with English as a compulsory subject is preferred. The required schedule availability is Monday-Friday (12:00PM to 10:00pm IST) with two days a week working from the office. Shift timings may be adjusted based on client requirements, and overtime or weekend work may be necessary as per business needs.
