We are looking for skilled IT & Network Support professionals to manage and maintain IT infrastructure, network systems, servers and security operations.

• Manage and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and network connectivity.

• Configure and maintain routers, switches, VLANs and firewalls.

• Handle VPN connectivity and network security issues.

• Manage Windows/Linux servers and Active Directory.

• Monitor network performance and resolve infrastructure issues.

• Support VMware/Hyper-V virtualization and backup operations.

• Handle L1/L2 escalations and critical IT incidents.

• Maintain IT documentation and ensure infrastructure availability.

• Networking: LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Routing & Switching.

• Network Devices: Cisco, Aruba, Juniper.

• Firewall: Fortinet, Palo Alto or Check Point.

• VPN configuration and troubleshooting.

• Windows Server and Active Directory.

• VMware / Hyper-V knowledge.

• Troubleshooting and incident management.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.

• Experience: 1–5 Years in IT Support, Network Support or IT Infrastructure.

• CCNA, Network+ or relevant certifications preferred.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
