System cum Network Engineer L3

Key Responsibilities

• System Administration: Manage, patch, and monitor physical and virtual servers (Windows/Linux) and cloud environments.
• Network Engineering: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network hardware including switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Security & Compliance: Enforce network segmentation, manage IPsec VPNs, monitor intrusion detection, and run vulnerability assessments.
• Infrastructure Monitoring: Proactively check network bandwidth, latency, and server uptime using network monitoring tools.
• Disaster Recovery: Execute and test data backups, system redundancies, and network failover strategies to guarantee high availability.
• Documentation: Maintain current network topologies, standard operating procedures, and hardware/software inventories.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Experience: 3-5+ years of combined experience in system administration and network engineering.
• Networking Knowledge: Deep understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, Static Routing), and switching protocols (VLANs, Spanning Tree, Etc.).
• Systems Expertise: Proficiency in Windows Server/Active Directory and experience with hypervisors (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Security: Hands-on experience configuring and managing enterprise firewalls (e.g., Cisco, FortiGate, Palo Alto, Sophos)

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), CCNP, CCIE, CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, or equivalent. MCP, MCSE, MCSA, RHCE, ITIL Additional Etc.
• Cloud Experience: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Automation Skills: Ability to write scripts (PowerShell, Python) to automate routine IT tasks and system maintenance.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
