Synthetic Chemistry Scientist

You are looking for a Synthetic Chemistry Scientist to join Syngene, an innovation-led contract research, development, and manufacturing organization offering integrated scientific services. As a Synthetic Chemistry Scientist, you will be responsible for conducting reactions and delivering final compounds within a fast turnaround time, meeting project requirements and following safety guidelines. Your core responsibilities will include performing synthetic chemistry reactions, purification of compounds, recording experimental observations in compliance with the Electronic Laboratory Notebook policies, and ensuring the safety of yourself, teams, and the workplace by following environment, health, and safety requirements at all times. To excel in this role, you should have 2-12 years of experience with a deeper knowledge of organic synthesis and reaction mechanisms. You should be capable of independently solving synthetic problems, possess excellent analytical interpretation and purification skills, and be familiar with the operations of relevant laboratory equipment.
