About Us Syna Tiger Resort, is a luxury wilderness retreat in Bandhavgarh, blends wildlife, sustainability, and hospitality to create memorable guest experiences. We are looking for a Wilderness Experience Manager — a seasoned wildlife professional who can combine naturalist expertise, guest hosting, and property-level experience management . Role & Responsibilities Host and guide guests on jeep safaris, walking trails, birding tours, and interpretive sessions . Personally drive safari vehicles inside Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve when required. Curate and deliver immersive wilderness experiences rooted in storytelling, conservation, and comfort. Oversee wildlife-focused estate projects (butterfly garden, farm-to-table activities, salt licks, etc.). Act as a guest-facing host , ensuring premium service while keeping the wilderness essence alive. Mentor naturalists and coordinate with resort teams to maintain high hospitality standards. Requirements Valid LMV driving license (mandatory). Prior experience of driving inside a National Park / Tiger Reserve . Minimum 5 years of experience handling wildlife guests in premium lodges/nature resorts. Strong knowledge of Central Indian flora & fauna . Excellent communication in English (Hindi/local language an added advantage). Passion for guest engagement with an ability to blend luxury hospitality with conservation values .
