Key Responsibilities: Deliver expert-level technical support across [hardware/software/networking/cloud] platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve complex escalations via phone, email, or remote access. Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and product teams to resolve critical customer issues. Document solutions and contribute to our internal knowledge base and process improvements. Mentor junior engineers, helping shape their technical growth and success. Serve as an escalation point for high-impact incidents. Participate in on-call rotations as needed. Maintain clear, timely communication with customers and internal stakeholders. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience). 4+ years of technical support experience in a customer-facing role. Strong knowledge of [Windows/Linux OS, networking, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), firewalls, virtualization, etc.]. Proficiency with ticketing systems such as ConnectWise, N-Able, or similar. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written. Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Industry certifications like Security+, MCSA, CCNA, or similar. Experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.
