Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience). 4+ years of technical support experience in a customer-facing role. Strong knowledge of [Windows/Linux OS, networking, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), firewalls, virtualization, etc.]. Proficiency with ticketing systems such as ConnectWise, N-Able, or similar. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written. Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Industry certifications like Security+, MCSA, CCNA, or similar. Experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.
