Position: Supply Chain Executive Location: IBC Knowledge Park, Bengaluru YOULL BE ALIGNED WITH: Lead - Electronics, SCM YOULL BE A MEMBER OF: End to end procurement of parts for proto requirements of Swimlane Google spreadsheet competency (Do BOM analysis, Secure components for builds by ordering the required components, building supplier database for different kind of parts and keep maintaining it periodically) Procurement and co-ordinating with ME/Engg. for resolving TQs from suppliers On time fulfillment of internal proto requirements Collecting and dropping proto parts from/to the vendor's place on a daily basis. Make sure to get COC/Quality/Inspection reports from vendors for all required the parts. Call the vendor and follow up for delivery dates and check status of the part update the same to the team members. Submission of Invoices to Finance & maintain a tracker for payment. Regular update of central tracker for proto Proto Part Requisition understanding & Checkpoint verification. Time to time Supporting Supplier Managers team for various requirements Regular Co-ordination with EMS, plant warehouse, EXIM & Engg. Store teams for execution of various activities. HERES WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Good competency of google spreadsheet Well Versed with the proto order management already i.e. Digikey, Mouser etc., Good english communication & basic local languages ( Tamil, Kannada etc) Having good Negotiation skills Experienced in SAP ERP system Support Swimlanes and Engineering team by fulfilling their proto requirements Having good skill of Google Sheets/ Presentation , Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint etc. Should be ready to travel extensively to vendors' places Diploma/ Bachelors 1-3 years of experience as a Supply chain Associate
