Key Responsibilities : Regularly visit existing and potential clients in Shimla and surrounding areas to promote and collect orders for pharmaceutical products. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Provide accurate information about product availability, pricing, and new offerings. Coordinate with the sales and inventory teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Maintain records of client interactions and orders collected for efficient tracking and follow-up. Address client queries and assist with resolving any order-related issues. Support marketing and promotional activities as needed. Requirements : Mandatory : Prior experience in a field sales or client-facing role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets. Knowledge of the local market and client base in Shimla is an advantage. Must have a valid two-Wheeler drivers license and access to reliable transportation. Based in or willing to relocate to Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.
