As a Consultant in Smooth Form Modelling, you will play a crucial role in developing high-quality, production-ready organic and freeform surfaces. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to translate sketches and concepts into smooth, manufacturable 3D forms. - Provide guidance on SubD modelling best practices, NURBS surface continuity (G2/G3), and topology optimization. - Assist in establishing workflows between Blender, Rhino, and Solidworks, ensuring efficient file transfer, conversion strategies, and clean-up techniques. Qualifications Required: - Expert-level proficiency in Rhino or Blender with a focus on clean topology and smooth surface control. - Strong background in industrial design, consumer product design, or furniture/soft goods modelling. - Deep understanding of surface continuity, smooth transitions, and curvature control. - Experience in design for manufacturing processes. - Ability to work collaboratively and coach internal teams effectively.
