Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer – Aeration Solutions Location: Mumbai (70 % Travelling – 30 % Office) Company: Sureflo Aeration Technologies Pvt Ltd Experience: 2-8 years in technical sales (preferably in wastewater treatment, aeration systems, or related industries) Education: B.E./B. Tech/D.E. in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering, or a related field Job Overview: Technical Sales Engineer to promote and sell Sureflo Aeration's advanced aeration solutions, including disc and tubular diffusers, aeration piping systems, and retrievable aeration systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, sales acumen, and a customer-centric approach to drive business growth across industries such as wastewater treatment plants (ETP/STP), industrial effluent treatment, and EPCs, contractors, Municipal and government bodies. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities for Sureflo Aeration products in the wastewater treatment, industrial effluent treatment, and aquaculture sectors. Provide technical consultation to customers, understanding their requirements and recommending suitable aeration solutions. Generate and follow up on sales inquiries, RFQs, and tenders to close deals effectively. Build and maintain strong customer relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, and plant operators. Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits to showcase the benefits of Sureflo Aeration systems. Work closely with Proposal, site and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and support product improvements. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to achieve sales targets while ensuring profitability. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in aeration and wastewater treatment. Requirements: 2-8 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in aeration systems, wastewater treatment, pumps, or industrial equipment. Strong technical knowledge of aeration diffusers, piping systems, and wastewater treatment processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets. Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and site visits. Experience working with ETP, STP, industrial wastewater treatment, and aquaculture industries. Knowledge of oxygen transfer efficiency, diffuser selection, and aeration system design is a plus.
