Support Engineer-Fresher

Shifttocloud Software India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated fresher for a Support Engineer role focused on software-related content creation and video creation. As a Support Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include assisting in creating and editing software-related content and tutorials for our digital platforms. You will also support the creation of instructional and promotional videos related to software products, collaborating with the team to generate ideas, refine content, and ensure it aligns with user needs. Additionally, you will provide general support on projects as required. The ideal candidate for this role should have basic knowledge of content creation, video editing, and software-related video creation. Strong communication skills and creativity are essential for effectively carrying out the responsibilities of this position. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly will be advantageous. This is a full-time, permanent position with day shift working hours from Monday to Friday.
