Job Description

As a Supply Chain Support IV at TE Connectivity, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient supply chain management processes. Your primary responsibilities will include performing key SAP transactions, creating delivery notes for shipments, processing purchase requisitions, handling exception messages, and maintaining scheduling agreements. Additionally, you will be responsible for MRP data maintenance, managing late or unconfirmed purchase orders, and controlling discrepancies during EDI transmission. Your role will also involve providing basic business reporting and analytics to senior supply chain members, contributing to on-time delivery of products, and supporting automation and process improvement initiatives within the supply chain operations. Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal stakeholders, participating in continuous improvement projects, and fully supporting all TEOA initiatives will be essential aspects of your job. The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or Logistics, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office tools, strong data entry skills, and knowledge of logistics and material planning processes are required. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in data analytics, process improvement, and exposure to BI tools and tool integration.
