As a Blue Yonder Luminate SCPO Specialist at our company, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - **Solution Implementation & Support** - Configure and deploy Blue Yonder SCPO modules including Demand, Fulfillment, and Inventory Optimization. - Analyze issues, conduct root cause analysis, and provide permanent fixes. - Support steady-state operations, manage enhancements, and handle change requests. - **Technical Development** - Design and implement enhancements using Oracle PL/SQL and related technologies. - Debug and rectify defects in existing solution code. - Work on data mapping, modeling, and loading for SCPO platforms. - **Collaboration** - Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product Development, Consulting, and Support. - Serve as a trusted advisor to clients for supply chain optimization. - **Integration & Architecture** - Lead technical design sessions and ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems. - Utilize Azure Cloud, Unix/Linux scripting, and scheduling tools like Redwood. - **Continuous Improvement** - Identify optimization opportunities and explore advanced analytics such as AI/ML readiness. - Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and contributing to the knowledge base. **Qualifications Required:** - Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder SCPO implementation (minimum 2+ years). - Strong understanding of supply chain domains including planning, procurement, and logistics. - Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, RDBMS concepts, and performance tuning. - Familiarity with Azure Cloud, Agile methodologies, and Unix/Linux commands. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with other planning tools such as SAP IBP/APO, Kinaxis, or o9. - Knowledge of AI/ML, Python, Data Analytics, and emerging platforms like Snowflake. - Understanding of change management frameworks and best practices.,
