Supplier QA Program Lead Engineer

Role Overview: The Global Operations Group at Lam is responsible for bringing information systems, facilities, supply chain, logistics, and high-volume manufacturing together to drive the engine of global business operations. The group actively supports the resilient and profitable growth of Lam's business by delivering industry-leading solutions with speed and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain quality assurance programs to ensure suppliers" manufacturing processes and products meet quality standards. - Develop methods for inspecting, testing, and evaluating production processes and finished products at global suppliers" locations. - Analyze production data, identify trends, and collaborate with suppliers to resolve technical, quality, and production challenges. - Assist in developing excellence in supplier product inputs to support Lam's commitment to delivering high-quality and reliable products. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelors degree; or 6 years and a Masters degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
