Key Responsibilities: - Ensure the fulfillment of production goals, maintaining quality, quantity, costs, and deadlines set by the company. - Manage the costs of the area by controlling production scheduling, product quality, labor, materials, and inventory requirements. - Supervise the team of operators and other professionals in the Production area, applying management strategies to ensure product quality. - Plan daily production, forecast needs (labor and raw materials), and supervise the preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment. - Define and schedule the operational plan by analyzing product demand, production capacity, and necessary auxiliary resources. - Establish actions to achieve productivity goals, yield, and fixed cost control. - Manage technical indicators of the area. - Ensure the accuracy and updating of information on the management dashboard for the area. - Manage and monitor the progress of goals, proposing corrective actions, and conducting monthly result reviews. Qualifications Required: - Completed Higher Education. - Graduation in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Veterinary Medicine, Food Chemistry, or related fields.
