Supervisor Quality Assurance

The role of a Quality Assurance Supervisor at our organization involves overseeing and maintaining farm activities related to Grow-Out Test (GOT) operations. Your responsibilities will include ensuring proper crop maintenance, managing timely field activities, arranging and supervising farm labor efficiently, and maintaining accurate documentation of all GOT-related activities. Additionally, you will be expected to utilize computer skills for reporting and record-keeping. This role also requires a willingness to travel to remote field locations. As a mandatory requirement, proficiency in the Odia language is essential. Candidates should have experience in gourd and chilli cultivation, be willing to commit to a 3-year service bond, possess a valid driving license, and own a two-wheeler. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture and either 1-2 years of relevant work experience or be a fresher.
