Job Description

Daily Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure timely and quality output. Manpower Planning: Allocate tasks to workers, manage shift schedules, and ensure optimal utilization of workforce. Quality Control: Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements. Process Monitoring: Oversee production processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements. Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and conduct regular toolbox talks and safety inspections. Training & Development: Train new employees and upskill existing staff to maintain performance standards. Material Management: Coordinate with the store and procurement team to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and tools. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain production records, report daily output, and communicate effectively with management. Coordination: Liaise with the design, maintenance, and quality control departments to support smooth production flow. Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement productivity and efficiency improvement initiatives.
