Job Title: Executive (Accounting Support & GEM Business Tracking) Location: Greater Noida Department: Finance & Business Development Reporting To: Accounting Manager (50%) & GEM Specialist (50%) Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to manage a dual-role position that equally supports the accounting team and the GEM (Government e-Marketplace) business function. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting fundamentals and advanced Excel operations, with a sharp eye for data accuracy and business tracking. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting Support (50%) Reporting to Accounting Manager Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, data entry, and reconciliations. Support invoice processing, documentation, and record keeping. Coordinate with internal departments for timely financial data collation. Help prepare reports for audits and compliance reviews. 2. GEM Business Coordination (50%) Reporting to GEM Specialist Maintain and regularly update the GEM opportunity tracker on Excel. Track bid progress, order execution, payment follow-ups, and compliance timelines. Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and bid-related submissions. Analyze data trends and prepare weekly status reports in Excel. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in accounting or business coordination roles. Expertise in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, Dashboards). Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with structured reporting. Preferred Traits: Self-driven, disciplined, and deadline-oriented. High attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Description Position : Quality Control Engineer Quality Control Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that products and services meet established quality standards. The duties and responsibilities of a Quality Control Engineer include: Developing and implementing quality control systems Inspecting and testing Interactive Flat Panel Displays, Cameras & OPS Review in process Quality Checks to ensure quality specifications are met Collaborating with Production Manager to develop and implement controls and improvements Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with Quality and safety regulations Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements Performing risk analysis and identifying potential areas of improvement Training team members on quality control measures to improve product excellence Preparing and presenting quality reports to management Implementation and maintain Quality Standards and BIS compliance New product development quality check and improvements RCA and field quality analysis Pre requisite: Industry experience - Minimum 2 years in Display / Electronic Products Assembly Educational B.E. / B.Tech. Job Title: Inside Sales Executive IFPD & VC Camera Location: Greater Noida (On-site) Department: Sales Reports To: Sales Head / Regional Sales Manager Experience Required: 1-4 Years in Inside Sales, preferably in AV / IT / EdTech industry Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to support the sales of our flagship Solitaire range of Interactive Flat Panel Displays (IFPD) and Video Conferencing (VC) Cameras . The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, qualification, partner coordination, order processing, and driving sales through digital channels and telecommunication. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify new leads through cold calling, emailing, social media, and CRM tools. Follow up on incoming inquiries and nurture prospects through the sales funnel. Customer Engagement: Interact with schools, colleges, corporates, and channel partners to understand requirements. Present product features, technical specifications, and benefits over calls or virtual meetings. Sales Coordination: Collaborate with field sales and partner ecosystem to ensure smooth order processing and timely follow-ups. Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documentation. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in CRM. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly targets. Product Knowledge: Stay updated with latest features and competitive positioning of IFPDs and VC Cameras. Support virtual product demos in coordination with technical team when required. Key Requirements: Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing preferred. 1- 4 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in IT/AV/EdTech or SaaS environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English & Hindi. Ability to understand technical products and explain them in simple terms. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (Zoho/Salesforce). Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Why Join Us?
