Key Responsibilities: Lead Engagement: 1. Identify, contact, and engage potential international leads through email, phone calls, and other channels. 2. Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients by nurturing relationships with active leads. Lead Conversion: 1. Understand customer requirements and propose suitable products/services. 2. Present compelling sales proposals and negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions. 3. Convert qualified leads into long-term export customers. Follow-ups & Relationship Management: 1. Regularly follow up with leads and customers to ensure timely responses and closure. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business. 3. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely delivery coordination. Documentation & Coordination: 1. Coordinate with logistics, documentation, and compliance teams for smooth order processing. 2. Assist in preparing export documents such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions. Reporting: 1. Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and sales progress using CRM tools. 2. Share weekly/monthly performance reports with management. Key Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, or related field. 2. 1–3 years of experience in export sales or international business development. 3. Strong communication and negotiation skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. 6. Familiarity with export documentation and procedures preferred. You will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, as well as making outbound cold calls and sending emails to potential customers. Your primary focus will be to understand the needs and requirements of customers in order to effectively close sales and meet quarterly quotas. It will also be your responsibility to research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest in the products or services offered. In this role, you will be expected to maintain and expand a database of prospects within your assigned territory. Collaborating with channel partners to build a strong sales pipeline and successfully close deals will also be a key part of your day-to-day activities. Additionally, you will be required to conduct online demonstrations to prospects in a professional and effective manner.
