Role Description We are looking for a foreign, experienced footwear production manager/technician to work on-site in our factory for an extended period – Strong technical know-how in fashion/leather footwear (cutting, stitching/closing, lasting, finishing) – Experience in organising and improving factory production lines (output, efficiency, quality) – Ability to train and supervise local Indian staff (line supervisors, operators) – Familiarity with European/UK standards and export quality is a plus. We are open to: – A 3–6 month on-site consulting assignment in India (with option to extend), or – A longer-term employment arrangement if the fit is good, and if the expert is interested in living in India. We will arrange all local hospitality and support with visa, accommodation and local transport.
