Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller located in Visakhapatnam Rural. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information about tour packages, assisting clients with booking processes, and resolving any customer queries. Daily tasks include maintaining customer records, following up with prospective clients, and promoting special travel deals. The Telecaller will work closely with the sales and customer support teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills Ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently Proficiency in maintaining and updating customer records Sales skills, including outbound calling and lead generation Basic knowledge of travel and tour packages Strong organizational and time management skills Previous experience in a telecalling or customer service role is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or marketing is beneficial
