Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Manager Community Health Worker, located in Gadarwara, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves supervising and supporting community health workers, developing and implementing health programs, conducting training sessions, monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness, and collaborating with local health agencies and community leaders. Qualifications Experience in community health worker management and program management Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to conduct training sessions and workshops Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation techniques Experience in collaborating with local health agencies and community leaders Strong organizational and leadership skills Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Community Health, Social Work, or a related field Experience in rural development or working with underserved populations is a plus
