As a Statistical Programmer L2 at our company, you will be reporting to the Principal Statistical Programmer 3/ Lead, Statistical Programming (L4 (3) or M1). Your primary responsibility will be to work independently on the majority of Mapping activities, including SDTM/Client specific mappings of simple and medium complexity for the assigned client within the specified environment for the standard domains. It is essential for you to have a solid understanding of the clinical domain, mapping logic, and data issues. Additionally, learning the product/system/mechanism used for SDTM mapping is a crucial part of your role. Your role will require you to have the following Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: - Clinical Domain knowledge - Familiarity with CDISC Standards (SDTM Knowledge, ADaM, Submission package) - SAS Programming experience up to 2 years - Python Programming (added advantage) - R Programming (added advantage) - Good Communication skills, learning attitude, and ability to work effectively within a team To be eligible for this position, you should have: - Graduation in Pharmacy/Computer Science, or any equivalent graduation from a reputed institute - Total experience between 2 - 4 years Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: - Ability to pick up multiple tools/technologies on the job - Importing and Exporting raw data - Contributing to Mapping specifications - Utilizing SAS/R programming/Python programming skills for clinical trial study submissions - Developing programs to identify data issues and reporting them to the appropriate team - Building CDISC/regulatory compliant datasets following appropriate guidelines - Understanding CRF annotations and ensuring consistency with raw data - Ability to debug custom functions/SAS Macros and resolve issues - Good understanding of clinical data and domain - Following Client Processes and SOPs - Assisting senior team members in quality control processes and team metrics - Collaborating with Biostatistics and Data Management members on clinical projects - Communicating with programming and statistics leads - Ensuring compliance with company policies/SOPs About Us: Saama automates key clinical development and commercialization processes using artificial intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and advanced-analytics to accelerate time to market.
