Academic Mentor - Oda class Full time Oda class: - Join the team and be a part of our journey An online E-learning platform providing online classes for Grade 1-11 Students with 4 million users. Looking For: Academic Mentors who are in charge of kids' study improvement and maintains a good relationship with parents and children through WhatsApp messages and calls. Responsibilities: Retaining the students enrolled in short-term programs to long-term program by providing service in terms of mentoring, motivating, and tutoring. • Make sure students attend the session, finish the homework, and assist students in reviewing their progress, skills, and achievements. Help students with their doubts and homework and provide the best support and get maximum satisfaction from users. • Monitoring the study performance of the student on a daily basis • Collates student study data and update parents on the week-to-week learning status of the students through WhatsApp messages and calls.
