The role involves following up, objections handling, and leveraging insights from the Inside Sales Team to maximize conversions. Key Responsibilities: Lead Engagement & Follow-Up: Connect with parents who attended trial classes but did not enroll. Educate & Consult: Highlight the importance of structured education and missed opportunities. Objection Handling: Address concerns regarding pricing, class schedules, and mentor experience. Sales Conversion: Promote exclusive offers, scholarships, and flexible payment options. Collaboration with Inside Sales Team: Utilize insights from initial interactions to personalize sales pitches. CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions and provide regular sales performance updates. Key Requirements: Experience: 1-2 years in EdTech sales Skills: Strong communication, Strong Persuasion, Interpersonal skills, Negotiation skills, Leadership quality and creativity in forming Sales strategies and pitch. Mindset: Target-driven, proactive, and customer-focused. Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM tools, WhatsApp, and MS Excel Availability: Flexible to work in peak sales periods. Performance Metrics: Conversion Rate: Leads converted to enrolments. Follow-up success: Engagement vs. closed deals.
