Academic Mentor - A professional and friendly teacher who is in charge of kids' study improvement and maintains a good relationship with users. This is a position with many calls as we are an online Edu app, all the doubts solving and support provided to students will be done through Whatsapp/Calls, plz do consider this before applying for the Mentor position. Responsibilities: 1. Lead Utilization: Utilize various sources, and lead databases, to identify and generate sales. 2. Engagement: Engage with leads to understand their requirements, qualify their level of interest, and determine their potential as customers. 3. Consultative Selling: Communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our products or services to potential customers, addressing their pain points and demonstrating how our offerings can meet their needs. 4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with leads and prospects through ongoing communication, nurturing, and follow-ups. 5. Sales Closing: Engage in effective negotiation and closing techniques to secure sales deals, overcome objections, and achieve or exceed assigned sales targets. 6. Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and provide accurate forecasts to the sales manager, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities. Location- Bengaluru Employment Mode: Full-time, Fresher Shift : 12 noon. to 9 p.m. IST Working Days - Monday to Saturday Salary: Rs 6 LPA Start Date: Immediately Language: Should be fluent in English and Hindi (must) Experience: 0-2 Years Education: Any Graduate.
